We may cancel or modify experiences due to external factors. You will receive:
- a full refund, or
- transfer to another date
4) Force Majeure
We are not liable for events outside our control including weather, transport disruption, or government restrictions.
5) Weather & Astronomy
Experiences depend on natural conditions. Sightings cannot be guaranteed.
6) What’s Included
Only services listed on the experience page are included.

Flights, accommodation, meals, insurance, and equipment are not included unless stated.
8) Participant Responsibility
Participants must follow safety instructions and behave responsibly.
9) Risk & Liability
Outdoor experiences involve inherent risks. We are not liable for injury, equipment loss, or travel disruption.
10) Travel Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
11) Photography & Media
Images may be used for promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time.
